This person has complex clinical needs — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.Their favourite activities includegetting out and about in the community, enjoying activities like darts, boat trips, and local events!You'll play a key role in supporting enriching, meaningful activities — and your empathy and positivity will make a real difference in this person's life.To help them make the most of these outings, we're looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
