Your new schoolAre you a passionate and enthusiastic primary teacher looking to inspire young minds in a supportive and forward-thinking school?
Hays Education is working in partnership with Holy Trinity School & Sixth Form Centre, who are a welcoming all-through non-independent school based in Kidderminster. They are looking to recruit an ECT or experienced Year 5 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. You will work alongside a collaborative team, benefiting from excellent resources and professional development opportunities. It is a small community school with small class sizes, promoting a supportive atmosphere. They hold strong academic expectations and performance in national tests and public examinations. The school emphasises prioritising pupils' personal development and they were rated 'Good' in their last Ofsted inspection report.

* To deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning experiences.
* To plan and monitor curricular coverage, continuity and progression for all pupils.
* To participate as required in meetings and represent the department and school through Open Days, Prizegiving and other events.
* To develop and implement the use of ICT within the department, both as a teaching and learning tool as well as management support.
* To maintain appropriate records and to provide relevant, accurate and up-to-date information on assessment to inform planning.
* Prioritise and manage time effectively, ensuring continued professional development in line with the role.
* To work closely with colleagues to support pupil development academically, socially and emotionally.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 5
* A commitment to creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment
* Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
* NQTs/ECT'S with suitable experience and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
