Job Description:
Summary: Serves in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers. Responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.
* Understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
* Growing customer relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
* Referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
* Adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
* Demonstrating skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales (including military service in related roles).
* High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Cash handling skills (preferred but not required).
* Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.
