Configuration Manager
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to take ownership of configuration and change management processes across complex Defence programmes. This management-level role ensures compliance, integrity, and traceability of engineering data in a highly regulated environment.
The Role:
You will lead configuration management activities across the full product lifecycle, defining and governing processes that ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements. Acting as a key interface between engineering, quality, and project management, you will drive consistency, maintain control of baselines, and lead change management across multi-disciplinary teams.
About You:
* Proven experience in configuration management within Defence, Aerospace, or other highly regulated industries.
* Experience managing configuration teams or leading CM activities at programme level.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
