Job Description What You’ll Be Doing As a Project Manager at ADT, you will be pivotal in delivering intricate construction projects for our prestigious clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cost management, project delivery, health & safety, and subcontractor coordination, all while maintaining exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and on-site teams to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. How You’ll Do It Lead with confidence – Provide clear guidance, coaching, and motivation to your on-site team. Drive project success – Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project delivery. Prioritize safety & efficiency – Promote a culture of health & safety and ensure adherence to best practices. Build strong relationships – Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster teamwork. Solve challenges proactively – Tackle ambiguity with confidence and address issues in real-time. What You Bring We seek an individual who is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about leadership. Whether you have experience in project management or are looking to advance into a leadership role, we want to hear from you! ✅ Must-Haves: Full UK driving license. Experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment. Strong communication & leadership skills. Ability to handle challenges with confidence & professionalism. A proactive mindset focused on teamwork & collaboration. Experience within the Fire & Security Industry ⭐ Bonus if You Have: Electrical background or experience with fire alarm/security system installations. Experience managing subcontractors on large construction sites. A commercial mindset with a strong emphasis on health & safety best practices. The ability to enhance team productivity & efficiency.
