Hours: Monday to Friday 09- 17 Contract 9-10 months Location: Ware ( Fully Office) Personal Assistant to Managing Director (1:1 Support) This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic and entrepreneurial Managing Director with a range of business interests. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities. We're seeking a highly professional, forward-thinking PA who is always one step ahead-able to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure the MD's time is used as effectively and efficiently as possible. Key Responsibilities: This is a diverse, hands-on role combining high-level business support with elements of private PA duties. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Full diary management and schedule coordination Monitoring, flagging, and triaging emails Organising and coordinating meetings and appointments Making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries Implementing and maintaining effective document and filing systems Sourcing gifts and handling occasional personal errands Supporting the smooth running of household logistics on a private basis What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a 1:1 PA to a senior-level executive (ideally within an entrepreneurial or fast-paced business environment) A high level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Strong organisational and multitasking skills A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently Immediate availability If you're a resourceful and committed PA who enjoys making life easier for busy individuals and can hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
