Packaging Technologist/Manager – Norfolk – £55,000

We're working with a highly successful FMCG business in Norfolk that's expanding its team with the addition of a Packaging Technologist. They produce a wide variety of packaging solutions, from jars and tubes to pouches, bottles, refill packs, gift sets and more.
This is a hybrid role offering 2 days per week from home, and they will give you a chance to work with the main retailers and global brands!
Responsibilities
* Lead packaging development for new and existing products
* Turn customer ideas into practical, commercial packaging solutions
* Source, spec and trial packaging across materials and formats
* Collaborate with customers, engineers, and suppliers to get it right first time
* Drive improvements, cost savings and sustainability initiatives
What we\'re looking for
* Proven experience as a Packaging Technologist or Manager (FMCG or Food background preferred)
* Strong technical knowledge of packaging materials and print processes
* Confident working from concept through to production and approvals
* Collaborative approach with both customers and internal teams
* A problem-solver who can balance creativity, cost, and practicality
