The ESFA is the national governing body for football in schools in England and is an incorporated charity as well as a Membership Association. The Board of Trustees is seeking to create an Inclusion Advisory Network (IAN) to take strategic oversight of its EDI plans and ambitions, and to provide advice and guidance on all EDI and anti-discrimination matters. The first point in this process is to appoint an independent Chair of the IAN to help frame and lead the work of the IAN The successful candidate will be a passionate about EDI and have a proven track record in operating in this field at a strategic level in either the charitable or public sector, preferably at national level. You will bring a breadth and depth of knowledge or experience in equality matters.
