Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 07.30 – 04.30
Location: Fareham, option to work from home 1 day a week.
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join our client in Fareham.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, processing orders & enquiries in a timely manner delivering an excellent customer experience at all times.
You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers, creating the opportunity for upselling additional products.
Overall Responsibilities:
* Providing help and advice to customers using your knowledge of the organisation's products or services.
* Selling additional products through customer service and building on-going relationships with clients.
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently using Oracle NetSuite system.
* Entering of orders received by email, phone or website into Oracle NetSuite to a high degree of accuracy..
* Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and letter.
* Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long.
* Agreeing product returns in consultation with the relevant Account Manager/Department.
* Ensure all customer experience information is captured in Oracle NetSuite system, providing details of feedback and opportunities to maximise potential revenue.
* Support Account Management through proactive activity.
* Generate quotes to customer requirements using Oracle NetSuite.
* Learning about our products and keeping up to date with changes.
* Liaising with Operations regarding progress of all orders and informing customers of any late or incomplete deliveries.
* Ensure all customer experience information is captured in NetSuite system, providing details of feedback and opportunities to maximise potential revenue.
* Any other reasonable adhoc task directed by Customer Service Manager relevant to operational activity.

Education:
* A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person (opportunity to work from home 1 day a week)
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential.
* Experience in a sales support role is desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience using Oracle NetSuite desirable.
* IT literate.
