LSA position in Southampton A friendly and inclusive mainstream infant school in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team for the Summer Term, with the potential to continue into September for the right candidate. This setting supports a high number of pupils with EHCPs and a diverse range of neurodivergent needs. As such, the school is looking for a compassionate and experienced practitioner who is confident working with children requiring additional support and can contribute positively to a nurturing, structured learning environment. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping to deliver tailored interventions and promote engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
