Up to £50,000 salary + annual, discretionary bonus

IDEX Consulting are working with a leading wealth management business who require a Paraplanner to join their Newcastle based team.
Having placed into this team earlier in the year (due to internal promotion), it can be said with confidence how the business provides ongoing support to new joiners and and helps them settle into a professional yet friendly environment with a positive culture.
This is a continued part of the growth strategy which has seen additional headcount, revenue and FUM come into the business during 2025, with much more anticipated across 2026.
Duties include;
* Preparing pre-approval documentation prior to report writing
* Draft detailed financial plans, suitability reports and recommendation documents that support Wealth Managers’ advice to clients
* Conduct in-depth research across investments, pensions, protection, tax planning and other financial planning areas.
* Ensuring all advice documentation is compliant according to FCA guidelines
* Working with the adviser to gather sufficient client information
