This role sits right at the front end of business growth. Itâs a true SDR position. Not closing. Not hard selling. Not a call-centre environment.
Your focus is simple:
Create a quality pipeline by starting smart, relevant conversations with UK businesses.
If you enjoy research, commercial conversations, and being measured on outcomes (not noise or dial counts), this is a strong next step.
What the role is really about:
Youâll be responsible for identifying and engaging organisations that could benefit from a service-led, cost-focused B2B solution.
That means:
* Speaking with decision-makers
* Understanding how businesses currently operate and buy services
* Identifying genuine opportunities (not forcing them)
* Handing over well-qualified meetings to the sales team
Youâll be the first impression of the business, so professionalism, curiosity, and credibility matter.
Key responsibilities
* Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Researching target companies and senior stakeholders
* Running discovery-led conversations, not scripted pitches
* Qualifying opportunities against clear criteria
* Booking high-quality meetings for Account Managers and Sales Directors
* Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date
* Working closely with sales and leadership to refine messaging and targeting
What weâre looking for

Youâll likely bring:
* Experience in an SDR, BDR, telesales, or outbound sales role
* Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
* Clear, professional, human communication skills

Industry experience is helpful, but not essential. Strong sales fundamentals matter more.
