The Campaign Co-ordinator supports the development and delivery of a rolling programme of campaigns work in Apply to Pay, Repayments and CFS. SLC offer a blended working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. What you bring: Experience of planning and delivery whilst managing and monitoring teams progress towards a common goal. Experience of leading teams in a delivery environment and managing internal and external suppliers. Experience in approaches and techniques to manage and develop teams. Experience in campaign lifecycle, including testing, scheduling, co-ordination of deliverables and presentation of results. Experienced working in a matrix environment Excellent organisational skills. Very good analytical, literacy and numeracy skills required to analyse data and effectively communicate findings. The ability to make sound decisions. Excellent engagement and motivation skills within a team/function setting.
