Blaymires Recruitment is representing an interior fit-out and building contractor, who is searching for a Freelance Site Manager to lead the major redevelopment of the Fakenham Sports and Fitness Centre, Norwich.
The project will see the transformation of the existing centre into a modern, inclusive, and accessible hub for sport and physical activity. The project will include large Civil Engineering, Fit-Out and Building works for the construction of a brand-new four-lane, 25-metre community swimming pool, a 55-station fitness suite and the refurbishment of existing studio spaces and changing areas, with a project value of £10M.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects from inception through to handover. The projects technical complexity requires a manager with strong civil engineering, building, and fit-out knowledge, alongside excellent leadership and coordination skills.
The project is set to start in October 2025 and is planned to be completed in December 2027!
