Required Skills
* Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
* Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
* Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to analyse data using SQL or reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
* Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
* Conduct impact analysis, process mapping, and gap assessments.
* Support UAT, defect triage, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Nice-to-Have
* Knowledge of banking/financial services domain or relevant industry.
* Familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools.
* Exposure to automation tools or AI-driven solutions.
