RecQuest are exclusively partnering with a well-respected South Coast law firm to appoint a Commercial Property & Practice Support Legal Secretary. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. The role combines secretarial support within Commercial Property with the opportunity to assist the Senior Partner and Practice Manager in coordinating the wider practice, so for an organised and experienced person, this could be the dream role
What you'll bring:
* Strong background as a Legal Secretary, ideally with Commercial Property experience, but this isn't essential.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to support both legal and administrative functions, built within a legal setting.
* Fast, accurate typing and document production skills.
* Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive matters.
* Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and helping to coordinate across the practice.
