We’re on the lookout for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing education team. Ideally, you'll bring experience in SEND, Primary, or Secondary education recruitment, with a 360 temp desk background.
That said — if you’re from another fast-paced temp sector (like healthcare, industrial, contact centre etc.) and you know how to build and bill, I’d still love to chat with you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running a full 360 temporary desk within the education sector
* Building and nurturing relationships with schools and education professionals
* Owning your territory, backed by a rich database and strong brand presence
* Using standout marketing tools to drive candidate and client engagement
* Ensuring compliance and safeguarding best practices
* Being part of a high-performing, collaborative team while smashing your personal goals
