Class 2 HIAB Driver
Location: Washington
The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known and established building supplies company based in Washington. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Class 2 HIAB driver to support increased demand.
This is an ongoing assignment offering consistent work and competitive pay.
Class 2 Hiab Driver Role in Washington:
* Multidrop delivery of building materials
* Local North East routes
* Vehicle pre-loaded
* Support provided by a driver's mate
* Use of HIAB crane for deliveries
Hours of Work:
* 7:00am starts until finish
* 7-day operation - may include weekend work
Pay Rates (PAYE):
* £15.76 per hour - Monday to Friday (first 8 hours)
* £23.64 per hour - Monday to Friday (after 8 hours)
* £23.64 per hour - Saturday (all hours)
* £31.52 per hour - Sunday (all hours)
* £31.52 per hour - Bank Holidays (all hours)

Requirements for a Class 2 Hiab Driver in Washington:
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
* HIAB/ALMI C5+E / AITT / RTITB certification
* Brick grab experience essential
* Driver CPC Qualification Card
* Digital Tachograph Card
* Good understanding of tachograph regulations
