The Role as a Restaurant Manager
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, supporting the wider management team and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Manager
Plan and coordinate events and private dining experiences, working closely with the team to ensure seamless execution
Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
Utilise Sevenrooms to manage reservations, guest profiles, and reporting
Demonstrate a strong financial understanding of the hospitality industry, including revenue management and cost control
Chair and coordinate regular managers meetings, ensuring clear communication across departments
Compile and submit accurate end-of-day reports, maintaining operational transparency
What We're Looking For in a Restaurant Manager
Proven experience in a restaurant management or senior supervisory role
Proficiency with Sevenrooms or similar reservation management platforms
Strong organisational and communication skills
A commercially minded approach with a solid grasp of hospitality financials
A hands-on leader who leads by example
