Supply Chain Administrator (Reading, UK - Onsite)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Supply Chain Administrator to support our logistics, shipping, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with freight carriers, and helping manage inventory systems.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Bryants Farm Kiln Road Reading Berkshire RG4 9PB
Reports to: Head of Supply Chain EMEA & AP
Primary Responsibilities
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners.
* Prepare and verify shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origins.
* Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues in transit.
* Maintain supplier and shipping documentation in accordance with internal policies.
* Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Finance) to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
* Assist with day-to-day facilities requirements.
* Work with Inventory Controller & Head of Supply Chain on projects as required.
* Any other duties deemed necessary.
Experience & Skills
* An understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and international logistics advantageous.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce) and logistics software.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
