This bank contract position involves ensuring residents receive person‑centred care, participating in care reviews, leading social activities, and supporting staff development.
Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred care – bathing, dressing, oral care and medication administration in a way that promotes choice and independence.
* Conduct and review care plans to ensure they meet residents' needs.
* Administer medication in a safe, supportive and compliant manner.
* Lead and participate in trips, social engagements and activities within the home.
* Support new starters or existing staff through shadowing and development; may lead the home when senior managers are unavailable.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
* Bank contract position.
