A thriving Construction company based on the outskirts of Exeter require a dedicated Administrator to join their team!
Role Overview
As a Construction Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency, You will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes that underpin project delivery, help maintain project documentation, and support the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Project Teams
Help maintain and update inhouse systems, documentation and reporting tools
Schedule and coordinate meeting, organise staff unfirm/stationery etc
All H&S documentation and Administration
Providing reports and compliance documents
Supporting the H&S Manager with site inspectors being arranged
Support communication between site teams
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and can pick up in house systems
Team player and comfortable working in an open plan office
Previous administration experience — ideally in construction or related sector
