£12.71 per hour + 15% Attendance Bonus (£14.62 per hour)
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives on behalf of our client based in Moreton-in-Marsh.
This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidates.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop new skills, learn a trade, and build a long-term career within a growing manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours:
o Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
o Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
Pay Rate:
o £12.71 per hour
o Additional 15% attendance bonus, increasing the hourly rate to £14.62 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
o Assembling products using hand and power tools
o Following technical drawings and assembly instructions
o Measuring and checking components to ensure quality standards are met
o Preparing materials and components for assembly
o Conducting quality inspections throughout the production process
o Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
o Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

o Good attention to detail
o A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
o Ability to work with hand tools and follow instructions
o Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable
o Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
