Service Care Solutions are supporting a reputable non-profit provider in and they are currently recruiting for a Case Manager (Known sometimes as a Recovery Worker) to join their team on a permamant basis. This Service have supported Service Users with addictions for a number of years and pride themselves on being innovative and forward thinking and work closely with the recovery communities they serve to provide flexible, responsive services, which offer the best possible recovery outcomes for all our service users. The role of a Case Manager To demonstrate expert and effective practice around substance misuse treatment. Provide advice and brief interventions, some structured key working, assessments and a needle exchange service.
