Job Title: Telesales Deputy Team Leader Location: Hybrid (Home & Office - Lincoln HQ) Salary: £28,000 per annum Uncapped Bonus Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Preferred: 08:30am - 4:30pm, with flexibility) About the Role: We're seeking a proactive and experienced Telesales Deputy Team Leader to support and drive the performance of our telesales team. You'll work closely with the Sales Team Leader to coach team members, manage sales campaigns, ensure high-quality customer interactions, and support new starter development. You'll also play a key role in motivating the team and contributing to continuous improvement across the department.
