You will oversee a team of 10 staff (a mix of fee earners and support staff) while handling a manageable caseload. The firm caps lawyers at no more than 70 files, ensuring quality of work and reducing burnout. Role & Responsibilities Managing and supervising a conveyancing team, providing ongoing advice and support. Handling your own caseload of residential property files, including: Freehold and leasehold transactions Sales and purchases Remortgages Property transactions from instruction to completion Ensuring compliance with the full residential conveyancing process.
