Responsibilities
* Contribute to the creation of relevant and engaging content (text, photos, videos) for our various communication channels (website, social media, brochures, newsletters, newspapers, magazines, videos, etc.).
* Travel on site (trade shows, farms, events) to produce or support the creation of photo and video content.
* Work closely with Human Resources to develop and implement employer branding and recruitment strategies through digital campaigns, social media, events, partnerships, and more.
* Manage and coordinate the advertising and editorial calendar in alignment with marketing and HR strategies.
* Actively participate in the organization and logistics of events (corporate, client, HR, trade shows, open houses).
* Coordinate and optimize sponsorships and open house agreements to maximize their impact.
* Monitor industry and competitor activity to identify trends, innovations, and opportunities.
* Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, sales, marketing, and communications teams on various projects.

Qualifications
* University degree in marketing or communications
* Mastery of the Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
* Mastery of the Adobe suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) (asset)
* Mastery of social media managers (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
* Knowledge of CMS platforms WordPress and Umbraco
* Bilingualism, both spoken and written, in order to collaborate with our English-speaking clients and divisions (the frequency of discussions in English varies between 20% and 70%) – a must
* 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
