Moss Cottage nursing home is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our dedicated team on days. Based in Ashton-under-Lyne, we provide Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care for 34 residents.
As a Registered Nurse, youll be central to the wellbeing of our residents, delivering outstanding clinical care while promoting a warm, person-centred environment. Youll lead with compassion, support your colleagues, and make a real impact every single day.
What You Will Do
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents
* Work closely with residents and their families to develop and review personalised care plans
* Administer medication safely and in line with clinical guidelines
* Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents, acting on changes swiftly and professionally
* Support and guide care staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
* Ensure thorough, legal, and up-to-date documentation of care
* Promote independence, dignity, and engagement through everyday activities and social involvement
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, nutrition, and infection control
* Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, following best practice and policies
* A full induction into the service will be provided and ongoing support.
