We are working with an international based law firm in the city who are looking for a private equity paralegal to join their secondaries team on a permanent basis.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside partners and associates working on precedents, legal research and responding to tenders.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and reviewing documentation,
* Assisting with onboarding processes,
* Supporting the due diligence process,
* Maintaining transaction trackers to provide regular updates,
* Preparing signing packs for completion.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level,
* Ideally have completed the LPC,
* It is essential you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with corporate/private equity in a similar setting.
