Job Summary:
* Lead and manage change activities confidently across IT‑led transformation programmes, ensuring that all impacted stakeholders are engaged, supported, and prepared for change.
* Apply proven methods for each implementation type, using relevant approaches agreed within the Statements of Work.
Core Competencies
* Change leadership & delivery: Lead end‑to‑end change activities for complex transformation programmes, including change strategy, development of change & training plans, change impact assessment, change action plans, and execution of change activities against plan/SOW.
* Stakeholder management & influence: Build relationships, facilitate workshops, and secure alignment & buy‑in from senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and end users.
* Learning strategy & training delivery: Develop training strategy/plan, curriculum, and training needs analysis; track learning activities against the plan, deliver virtual, in‑person, and blended training.
* Communications & enablement content: Produce change communications that support adoption and sustained change.
* Measurement, reporting & risk management: Define and track KPIs, manage risks/issues, report progress, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and post‑implementation reviews.
* Digital enablement tools: Leverage change and training tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe) and AI tooling to improve learning effectiveness, user adoption, and delivery efficiency.
* Natural curiosity to understand customer and programme context and purpose to ensure deliverables contribute to the required outcomes.
Supervisory Responsibilities
* Depending on the programme, may or may not have supervisory responsibility for other OCM professionals.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Act as a key member of the project team, working closely with client stakeholders to achieve the delivery of change initiatives.
* Apply the OCM methodology to manage and deliver change activities in line with programme objectives.
* Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and commitment across the organisation.
* Provide leadership and direction to change teams where required.
* Provide technical support for Change and Training tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe).
* Share knowledge and best practices within the wider OCM team.
* Contribute to business development activities, responding to RFPs and participating in pre‑sales activities.
* Support continuous improvement with recommendations for enhancement or innovation.
Change Management Support
* Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies to drive successful adoption of new technologies, processes and systems.
* Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to understand the scope of change and identify resistance.
* Assist the creation of communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Help manage resistance and address concerns by working closely with end‑users and leadership teams.
Training Program Development and Delivery
* Design and develop training materials and documentation for learning new systems and processes.
* Deliver training sessions (virtual, in‑person or blended) for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Create and maintain user guides, manuals, and online resources to reinforce training and provide ongoing support.
* Assist in the development and management of a comprehensive learning management system (LMS).
Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of change and training activities with project objectives.
* Participate in regular meetings and workshops to update stakeholders on progress.
* Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve processes.
Measurement and Reporting
* Assist in developing KPIs to measure success of change management and training initiatives.
* Track and report effectiveness of programs and activities, identifying improvement areas.
* Participate in post‑implementation reviews to assess success and sustainability.
* Continuously monitor emerging trends and innovate training materials and strategies.
* Suggest and implement improvements based on client feedback and industry standards.
Qualifications
* Ideally PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner.
Required Experience
* Proven experience in Organisational Change Management within large‑scale transformation programmes.
* Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience applying structured change methodologies and adapting them to different contexts.
* Proven ability to assess change impacts, develop strategies, and execute plans effectively.
* Experience working with AI tools for the OCM & Training workstreams.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and facilitation skills in delivering change communications and training.
* Experience leading or working within change networks to sustain change.
* Experience leading training in IT implementation programmes and developing training strategies and curriculum.
* Strong knowledge of business processes to analyse inter‑dependencies, process and role impacts.
* Ability to explain system processes in a business context.
* Analytical skills to identify root causes and devise creative solutions.
* Familiarity with AI tools and supporting customers in their adoption.
