Role Overview
Qualify and identify customer needs, providing high-quality customer service at all times. Discuss renewals with existing customers and obtain future commitments. Focus on business development by building new and existing relationships. Deliver consistent results through the sales process. Manage an effective follow-up system/database. Produce weekly management information, progress, and activity reports.
About You
You should already be working in a Business Development role within the motor industry and be successful in your career, ideally with experience in Fleet Sales. Previous roles may include Fleet Sales Executive, LBDM, Local Business Development Manager, Corporate Sales Executive, Car Sales, Account Manager, or Vehicle Leasing. You need to follow a structured sales process and build strong rapport with customers. A determined attitude to succeed and a valid UK driving licence are essential.
