A well-established UK-based cooperative, known for its strong presence in the dairy sector, is seeking a Group Cost Transformation &pliance Support Manager to join their Finance team.
Your new role
In this newly created position, you’ll take the lead in driving cost efficiency and ensuring policypliance across third-party supplier spend. Acting as a key business partner to various departments, you’ll identify opportunities to streamline supplier relationships, negotiate favourable terms, and implement robust procurement practices. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining supplier records, conducting audits, and supporting regulatorypliance initiatives, including GDPR and trade regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
1. A degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or similar (or 5+ years’ relevant experience)
2. Proven experience in procurement or finance within manufacturing, FMCG, or food retail
3. Strongmercial acumen and analytical skills
4. Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement abilities
5. Skilled in contract negotiation and supplier management
6. Knowledge ofpliance frameworks and procurement best practices
