Duties to include:
* Pay supplier invoices and maintain accurate records
* Raising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders as required
* Credit control in line with Company procedures
* Investigate and Resolve supplier and contractor invoice queries
* Assisting with Payroll Checking company bank statements
* Managing Company bank statements and Xero Database
* Diary Management and Travel Arrangements
* Setting up virtual meetings for Company Director on Teams
Managing the day to day office equipment & invoicing - photocopier, printers, telephones and Insurance Provide office support and general office tasks
Quality Personnel acting as an Employment Agency & Business (rated as one of the top 3 Agencies in Milton Keynes for the 4th year running!).
