Are you an Office Manager or do Sales or Customer support for an IT company or Managed Service Provider looking for their next administration/admin role or fancy a change?
Our client is looking for someone who has worked in a technical environment doing business admin support that may have included licensing and subscription, dealing with invoice queries as well as after sales support. They ideally want someone who has an understanding of tech and the terminology but not from a purely technical role. This is not an IT support role.

Responsibilities
* Provide business administration support in a technical environment, including licensing and subscription management.
* Handle invoice queries and after-sales support as part of sales support operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in a technical environment with business/admin responsibilities.
* Understanding of tech terminology, but not a purely technical role.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a varied business/sales support role.
Location and hours: 5 days a week in the office, Tonbridge.
