Think, Inspire & Create Limited (TICL for short) is a market leading Training & Development business which helps companies of all sizes across the UK develop their Managers and Leaders of today and for the future. Since November 2024, Think, Inspire & Create Limited is now part of the Clyde Ventures Group and as a result of our growth and expansion plans for 2026 and beyond, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for our flagship CPD certified "360 Degree Management Training Programme" across designated territories in the UK and Ireland.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key decision makers across Human Resources, Training and Learning & Development as well as Senior Business Leaders to drive sales growth, and expand our market presence. Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to utilise their expertise in B2B sales within a fast-paced environment, contributing significantly to organisational success.

Duties:

* Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
* Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
* Speak with and meet with key decision makers to sell training solutions and achieve monthly targets.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimise performance.
* Utilise Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and manage pipelines.
* Conduct presentations and negotiations with prospective clients both online and in person.
* Coordinate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.
* Devise and create tailored, solution based proposals to deliver against each customer requirement.
* Monitor competitor activities and market developments to maintain competitive advantage.

Experience:

* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally of selling training programmes or perhaps wider benefits solutions or business services to Business Leaders and/or HR departments.
* Proven track record of selling to senior decision makers in either Human Resources, Training and Learning & Development or Business Leaders/Heads of Function.
* Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
* Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
* Excellent relationship communication and relationship building skills.
* Demonstrated sales capabilities and the ability to diary manage prospecting time and client facing time independently, autonomously and effectively.
* Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively in a competitive environment
