Supervisor – Highways Project
Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Contract: c.18 months. Start: February 2026. Pay: PAYE Umbrella.
Responsibilities
* Supervise a site team of 20‑30 operatives.
* Deliver daily briefings and toolbox talks.
* Ensure all Health & Safety standards are adhered to.
* Support programme delivery and drive site productivity.
Requirements
* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
* CSCS card.
* Proven experience supervising highways projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Confident managing large site teams and maintaining safe systems of work.
