Fleet / Service Controller
Monday – Friday (Days / 40 hours per week)
Salary: £40,956 – £43,956 + holiday, progression, pension, etc.
Location: Croydon
The Role
* First point of contact on the call desk, coordinating customer calls and acting as an escalation point for the controller.
* Demonstrate a technical understanding of key vehicle components and apply this to efficiently schedule workload.
* Coordinate field service activities, be the first point of contact with external customers and suppliers, and prioritize VORs within the given area to provide customer confidence to completion.
