We are partnering with a rapidly growing, highly regarded food business to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager in a key, revenue-driving role.

The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of key commercial relationships across both retail and foodservice channels, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing major retail and foodservice accounts
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities across multiple channels
* Leading commercial negotiations, pricing strategy and margin optimisation
* Working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain and NPD teams
* Monitoring market trends, customer performance and competitive activity
* Supporting the delivery of the wider commercial growth strategy
This is a highly visible, hands-on role with real influence across the business.

* Proven experience in a commercial or account leadership role within the meat or wider protein category
* Strong understanding of both retail and foodservice channels
* Demonstrated success managing and growing key customer accounts
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and analytical capability
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* A driven, proactive approach with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
