Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in primary education? Our schools in Epping are seeking a dedicated PPA Cover to join our team starting in September 2024. This role is perfect for an experienced teacher who enjoys working across different classes and subjects, providing high-quality PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover.
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our teachers have the time they need for planning and assessment, while maintaining a consistent and engaging learning environment for our students. You will work across various year groups, delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting students in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing PPA cover across different classes and key stages.
* Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.
* Supporting the educational and social development of students.
* Collaborating with class teachers to ensure continuity of learning.
* Managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment.
* Engaging with students to support their individual needs and progress.
To be successful as a PPA Cover in our schools, you should have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
