Are you a dedicated and skilled trainer looking to make a difference in the fire service?

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Competent Crew Manager - Operational Service Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our firefighters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Effective Time Management: Optimise your time to ensure efficient delivery of L&D courses and support activities, aligning with the L&D Business Plan and delivery models.
* Resource Optimisation: Utilise equipment and resources efficiently to maximise training effectiveness.
* Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with internal and external departments to support income generation through training initiatives, such as Service Exercises, Prevention teams, LRF, 3SFire, and other agency training.
* Flexibility and Adaptability: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities and work across different departments as needed to support the overall goals of the organisation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

* Relevant training and assessment qualifications.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* A passion for training and development.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience in delivering training within the fire service.
* Knowledge of current fire service regulations and standards.
* A commitment to safety and excellence.
