The Role:

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Management Information and Funding (MIF) department as a Project Support Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of externally funded projects and ensuring accurate financial and administrative management.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

As a Project Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

* Supporting the financial management of project-funded bids, including preparing accurate claims and monitoring reports.
* Liaising with project leads, funding authorities, and external partners to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
* Coordinating the tracking, recording, and reporting of project activities, case studies, and evaluations.
* Maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based project records, ensuring they meet audit and statutory requirements.
* Deputising for the Project Manager at relevant funding and network meetings.
* Providing flexible support to the wider MIF team with routine activities (e.g., course file validation, ULN administration) and during peak periods such as enrolment.
