Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised, creative and detail-driven Graphic Design Assistant to support our Graphics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy and ownership. The role focusses on Graphic Design support, as well as being responsible for ensuring that imagery, emails, training materials and seasonal assets are delivered correctly, on time and in line with brand standards. The Graphic Design Assistant will play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly across Marketing, Wholesale, Digital and Production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Support the design and build of email newsletters, ensuring layouts are on-brand, well-spaced and aligned with campaign objectives
Assist with the creation of blog post designs, including street style features, editorial content and seasonal updates
Support press release designs by preparing clean, consistent layouts in line with brand guidelines
Assist with site refresh activity, supporting updates to homepage visuals, banners, and campaign assets in line with brand direction
Resize creative assets for site refreshes, email, and digital channels as required
Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all digital outputs
Work closely with senior designers to implement feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently
Ensure all final design assets are exported, named and filed correctly for handover and future use
Assist with recolouring and retouching tasks
Manage mark-ups for lookbook, street style and influencer shoots
Admin, Organisation and Asset Hygiene
Own and maintain seasonal trackers, templates, calendars and documentation
Manage imagery hygiene and asset creation across transactional, wholesale, lookbook, and influencer assets
Ensure all assets are correctly named, ordered, resized, archived and handed over
Maintain clear folder structures and archive documents for long-term accessibility
Support the creation and upkeep of internal documents, including welcome emails, styling sheets and shoot preparation folders
Email and Marketing
Manage weekly marketing email admin, including cross-checking against the marketing calendar and sending to teams for scheduling
Maintain and update the marketing calendar and follow up on unapproved or outstanding emails
Support email performance tracking by updating revenue and reporting data
Resize and distribute influencer imagery for Shop The Style, Pinterest and marketing channels
Shoots and Coordination
Support the end-to-end running of cutout shoots
Support lookbook, transactional and KIDS shoots by dressing models, organising rails into running order, preparing shoot folders and documentation
Capture BTS content to support video and social media needs
Training Manuals and Wholesale Support
Manage the creation and delivery of RTW and KIDS training manuals each season
Coordinate asset delivery across Digital, Production and Wholesale teams
Upload and manage cutout imagery for JOOR ahead of wholesale deadlines
Support wholesale CADs and asset preparation
Skills and Experience
Strong graphic design skills with great experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Previous experience in a creative, fashion, or e-commerce environment is desirable
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
Confident handling imagery, digital assets and file management
Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively
Comfortable working across creative and operational tasks
Growing confidence in video editing and social first content creation
Open minded to AI based workflows and asset generation
