Job Specification
To assist in the smooth running of the depot and undertake work duties instructed by the centre manager
Maintain the highest levels of health and safety practice including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment where applicable
Day to day assistance of the trade counter: Maintaining sufficient stock levels as per depot stock list. Ensuring the depot is kept clean and tidy inside and outside. Liaising with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
To provide assistance to centre staff within the franchise when requested
Good personal presentation and adherence to company policies and procedures Skills and Competencies
Effectively communicate technical information to engineering personnel
Successful completion of the company Induction and Training programmes (based in Birmingham) and subsequent on-site assessments as requested by management.
