The Governors of this popular school are looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant, who will work alongside our team to support children across the school with a range of needs. St Andrew’s Church School has a dedicated and experienced team of teaching and support staff. We have strong links with the church, local community and supportive parents. Now more than ever, our school plays a central role in the life of our local community and working with us will be an opportunity for you to genuinely change lives.
We are looking for a candidate with:
1. Minimum of level 2 qualification relevant to the role.
2. Good reading, writing and numeracy skills.
3. Patience and creativity.
4. Experience of working with children in a range of situations.
5. An understanding of how to form good working relationships with children and parents.
6. An insight into developing social and emotional skills.
