Join the team as an Office Administrator. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a busy environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our student services, office, and reception.
Day-to-day of the role
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and reception.
* Handle administrative requests and queries from senior staff.
* Organise and schedule appointments, update calendars, and arrange staff meetings.
* Prepare necessary paperwork for student services and maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
* Ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Support the implementation of policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
* Team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
* Confident in using computers and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with SIMS or Bromcom is advantageous but not essential.
* Previous experience in a similar administrative environment is desirable but not essential.
