Overview
We have a position available for a full time qualified early years practitioner within our small, homely early years setting. This position is for 40 hours per week. We have a strong focus on outdoor learning, and have endless opportunities available to us within our country park setting where the children of all age groups enjoy daily outings.
Responsibilities
* Create and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children.
* Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
* Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities.
* Monitor and assess each child\'s progress and provide feedback to parents.
* Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being of each child.
* Maintain a clean and organised playroom environment.
* Follow all health and safety regulations.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children.
* Ability to adapt experiences and activities to meet the individual needs of each child.
* Strong organisational skills to effectively manage playroom materials and resources.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
