Position: Regulatory Compliance Specialist (Remote)

This opportunity is with an established, niche insurer that is dual-regulated by the FCA and PRA.
This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from home every day.
As part of the 2nd line of defense, you’ll support the Head of Compliance with:
* Compliance Advice
* Monitoring
* Conduct Risk oversight
* Data Protection
* SMCR
You will:
* Identify, assess, and communicate the impact of regulatory and legislative changes
* Work with the business to implement necessary changes
* Provide compliance support and sign-off for financial promotions, customer communications, and literature
* Offer advisory support to the business
* Conduct compliance monitoring reviews aligned with the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including control testing
* Support the wider Risk and Compliance team, especially in onboarding and monitoring intermediaries
Ideal candidates will have prior Regulatory Compliance experience, preferably within an insurance firm, and be familiar with ICOBS regulations.
You should possess an analytical mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential.
