My client are experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding dispute resolution team. If you’re passionate about advocacy and strategic legal problem-solving, this is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad and interesting caseload from pre-action to enforcement. This role will be working between the Taunton and Wellington offices. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a diverse caseload across a range of litigation matters Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence Representing clients at court hearings, mediation's, and settlement meetings Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice Collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives Staying up to date with the latest developments in litigation law and practice What We’re Looking For Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction) Minimum of 5 years’ PQE with solid litigation experience In-depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Commercially minded with a client-first approach Confident in negotiations and advocacy It’s a Plus If You Have Experience in commercial litigation and property disputes Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods A track record in business development What We Offer Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package A collaborative and supportive working environment Structured career progression and professional development opportunities A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and balance
