The Role
As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll manage a diverse and engaging caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:

* Employment tribunal claims and litigation

* Advising on employment contracts and policies

* Settlement agreements and exit strategies

* Disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy processes
\t
* Discrimination and unfair dismissal matters
You’ll work closely with a varied client base, delivering commercial, pragmatic, and tailored legal advice, while building strong, long-term relationships.
About You
We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:
A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in employment law

* Confident handling of employment tribunal cases and litigation

* Skilled in advising on contracts, HR matters, and settlement agreements

* Commercially aware with excellent client care skills

* Able to manage a busy caseload independently while contributing to a team
