The Role: You will: • Oversee EHCP implementation, annual reviews, and individual SEND support plans. • Lead the SEND strategy and interventions across a small setting with high needs. • Work alongside external agencies and families to ensure inclusive practice. • Provide specialist teaching in Maths or English Functional Skills (if full-time). • Develop staff understanding of SEND through coaching and CPD.
